Director and Producer Amanda Mealing is best known as a BAFTA nominated actress with a wealth of experience in critically acclaimed film and television, from "Four Weddings and a Funeral" and "Jake's Progress" to HBO's "Strike Back". Having learned from such luminaries as Blake Edwards, Mike Newell, Alan Bleasdale and Russell T Davis, Amanda established her own production company and made the move into directing. After several shorts and ad campaigns, Amanda made her television debut directing “Casualty”  for the BBC and, alongside several further opportunities on television, is developing film projects with Black Chair Films.
